Personal Training

A personal training session is comprised of all the facets of fitness:  resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility and/or balance training, and diet consulting.  During the session, the client is pushed to do his or her very best, in addition to being provided health and wellness education.  The client will be taught proper form, and will be challenged.
